BELFAST CITY COUNCILList Item 1
At the end of 2016 Belfast City Council approached Delivery Services to undertake many series of staff moves and building clearances in order to facilitate planned changes to their estate. The project resulted in the population of a new & refurbished office building in Belfast City Centre, and the subsequent building clearances. DS crew carried out moves at BCC for virtually all of 2017 due to the scale of this project. In fact the vast majority of BCC staff members were involved in the relocation with some staff moving multiple times throughout the process. DS also provided off-site storage for large quantities of office furniture and a waste disposal service.

CITIBANK BELFASTList Item 2
In the autumn of 2017 Delivery Services undertook a major IT installation project for CitiBank in their Gateway and White Star House Buildings based in Belfast Titanic Quarter. The project involved a roll-out of new IT equipment for approx 2500 Citibank staff which resulted in the disconnection of old equipment and installation of new equipment including monitors, mice, keyboards, headsets and webcams. The project was undertaken of the course of 9 weekends with approx 250 new installs in each phase.

WESTERN HEALTH & SOCIAL CARE TRUST – OMAGH HOSPITALList Item 3
The most high profile move in Northern Ireland in 2017 involved the relocation of all departments, staff and medical equipment from the old Omagh Hospital site and Omagh Health Centre to the new state of the art Omagh Health & Primary Care Complex. The move consisted of a detailed move consultation stage which involved meticulous planning with each department to ascertain their particular needs pre, during and post relocation. The relocation process was undertaken whilst the hospital still operational.

QUEENS UNIVERSITY BELFAST – PHYSICS DEPARTMENT
In August 2017 Delivery Services relocating the entire QUB Mathematics and Physics department for a temporary office to their newly refurbished physics building within the main QUB campus. Almost 100 staff were relocated including academic, administrative, technical staff and PHD students. This project was a traditional commercial move incorporating furniture, IT, filing and equipment moves.

IMPERIAL COLLEGE LONDON
In 2017 Imperial College London employed Delivery Services to carry out a major internal re-organisation of their library book stock and shelving. The project was executed over 2 phases, the primary objective of phase 1 was to clear floors to facilitate construction works. All books and shelving were relocated to other floors ensuring all book stock was available to students during construction works. Phase 1 was completed between end of term and the commencement of building works, which was an extremely tight window of 1 week. Phase 2 was undertaken just prior to Christmas, all book stock was relocated to achieve a complete new layout within the library. Approx 2500 linear metres of book stock and shelving was relocated in each phase.

CONNECTRIX
In mid 2017 Delivery Services were approached by the international business support group Concentrix to manage their decant into the newly refurbished landmark Maysfield Leisure Centre Building in Belfast City Centre. The group were located over 4 origin buildings in Belfast. Concentrix provide technical support staff to business's such as Apple, Microsoft, GoDaddy, Channel 4, Paypal, MSN and various others. Each of these clients, with their varying requirements, had to be move scheduled in such as a way as to cause minimum impact to their service provision. All in all 1800 staff were moved.

ULSTER UNIVERSITY
This large scale project involving 3 phases was completed over a three month period in 2015. The move itself consisted of:
• Transport & installation of 100’s of University equipment and machinery.
• Installation of natural gas, compressed air and oxygen supplies to machinery.
• Disconnection & Reconnection of approx 60 no. 3 phase electrical supplies to machinery.
• Large machinery had to be relocated by crane
• 2000 lm of library book stock packed and moved in sequence to new library.
• Dismantling, transfer & installation of all library shelving into the new library.
• Acrow props installed to provide additional building structure support
• Approx 120 no staff were relocated with 800 crates been used for the move, Full IT de-com & re-com of all staff PCs
• Office furniture moves and installation

QUEENS UNIVERSITY BELFAST - CENTRE FOR EXPERIMENTAL MEDICINE
Delivery Services were employed to manage and execute the merger of the Pathology and Health Sciences departments from 2 separate buildings spread over 2 hospital sites in Belfast in what was a 2 phased project. The first phase involved the decant of staff, medical students and delicate medical equipment from the Institute of Pathology located in the grounds of the Royal Victoria Hospital. The move carefully planned to avoid any disruption to students or the departments key public services. The second phase included a decant of the Health Sciences building situated in the City Hospital. Both phases involved the relocation of 200 staff members, medical students and very highly valuable and sensitive hospital equipment.

BIRMINGHAM CITY UNIVERSITY
Write a description for this list item and This project involved the relocation and integration of library collection and staff for Birmingham City University from existing campuses to new Curzon Building development. The relocation of library stock and staff at Birmingham City University aimed to populate the new Curzon building library with existing library collections. In addition to the main move, internal relocation of collections left within the existing Perry Barr Library was required. The dismantling and removal of existing shelving was also required. In total 4,500 linear metres was transferred to the new library with 2,600 linear metres re-oraganised within existing library and 7,000 shelves dismantled and removed. Full IT de-commissioning, relocation and re-commissioning services provided for the staff moves. include information that will interest site visitors. MACOM
In 2016 Delivery Services relocated Macom to Belfast City Keys Building, the project involved staff and furniture moves but most critically an electronics laboratory. In addition to the relocation and set-up of all their equipment, we supply and fitted bespoke benches designed specially to suit their new facility. Early 2018 we also Macom employed our services to decommission, pack and remove all their lab equipment and organise shipping to a variety of destinations in mainland Europe and the US.
